Payment Terms Kids & Sew On accepts payment by check, money order, Visa and MasterCard. Clothing is ordered for embroidery on an as ordered basis. Therefore full payment is required before an item will be ordered and embroidered. Refund Policy Kids & Sew On stands behind the quality of every product sold. Understandably, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a quality concern in the materials or workmanship of the garments stitched. It is also understood that everyone makes mistakes (including the designer!). Please take special care with spelling and dates to ensure personalization is correct. In the even that you made an error and need a replacement, you will be offered a 20% discount. Of course if the mistake is on this end, it will be replaced at not charge to you. |
